According to the 1&1 IONOS documentation, the incoming mail server settings for 2019 are:
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol)
- Server:
imap.ionos.com - Port:
993(SSL/TLS) - Username: Your email address (e.g.,
[email protected]) - Password: Your email account password
POP3 (Post Office Protocol version 3)
- Server:
pop.ionos.com - Port:
995(SSL/TLS) - Username: Your email address (e.g.,
[email protected]) - Password: Your email account password
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol)
- Server:
smtp.ionos.com - Port:
587(TLS) or25(unencrypted) - Username: Your email address (e.g.,
[email protected]) - Password: Your email account password
