The 941 form!

The 941 form is an Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, and it's used to report and pay federal income taxes withheld from employee wages. Here's where to mail it:

For the 2019 tax year:

• If you're filing a paper return, you can mail it to:

  • Cincinnati, OH 45280-2514
• If you're filing electronically, you can submit it through the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) or through your tax preparation software.
