To set up AAPT Mail, you'll need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Create an AAPT Mail account
- Go to the AAPT website (www.aapt.com.au) and click on "My Account" at the top right corner.
- Log in to your AAPT account using your username and password.
- Click on "Email" from the menu and then "Create a new email account".
- Fill in the required details, such as your name, email address, and password.
- Click "Create account" to complete the setup.
Step 2: Configure your email client
- Open your email client (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Apple Mail).
- Click on "File" > "Add Account" (or equivalent) to set up a new email account.
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Choose "POP3" or "IMAP" as your email protocol (depending on your preference).
- Enter the following settings:
- Server: mail.aapt.com.au
- Port: 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP)
- Username: Your AAPT email address
- Password: Your AAPT email password
- Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup.
Step 3: Verify your email account
- Log in to your AAPT Mail account using your web browser.
- Check your email inbox for a verification email from AAPT.
- Click on the verification link in the email to activate your account.
