Absolute e mails pop account for office 365

Here are the steps to set up an absolute email pop account for Office 365:

Prerequisites:

Step 1: Enable POP3 in Office 365

  1. Log in to your Office 365 account.
  2. Go to the "Settings" icon () and click on "View all Outlook settings".
  3. Click on "Mail" and then "Accounts".
  4. Click on "Add a new account" and select "Advanced setup".
  5. Select "POP" as the account type.
  6. Enter the POP3 server address, username, and password for your external email account.
  7. Click "Save" to save the changes.

Step 2: Configure POP3 settings in Office 365

  1. Go to the "Settings" icon () and click on "View all Outlook settings".
  2. Click on "Mail" and then "Accounts".
  3. Click on the "POP" account you just added.
  4. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  5. Under "POP3 settings", enter the following:
