Access archived mail gmail iphone
To access archived emails on your iPhone using the Gmail app:
- Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Inbox" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Swipe down to refresh the screen.
- Tap on the "More" tab at the top right corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the "Archived" section.
- Tap on the "Archived" tab to view all archived emails.
Alternatively, you can also access archived emails by using the search function:
- Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Search" icon at the top right corner of the screen.
- Type "in:archive" in the search bar and press Enter.
- This will show you all archived emails.
Note: Make sure you have the latest version of the Gmail app installed on your iPhone.
If you're having trouble finding the archived emails, you can also try the following:
- Check if you have the "Show archived conversations" option enabled in your Gmail settings. To do this:
- Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the "General" section.
- Tap on "Show archived conversations".
- Toggle the switch to the "On" position.
- Check if you have any filters or labels set up that might be moving your emails to the archived folder. To do this:
- Open the Gmail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by three horizontal lines) at the top left corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" section.
- Tap on "Filters".
- Check if you have any filters set up that move emails to the archived folder.
