Method 3: Using IMAP or POP3
If you have an IMAP or POP3 client set up on your device or computer, you can access your Yahoo Mail archives using the following settings:
- IMAP: imap.mail.yahoo.com (port 993) with SSL/TLS encryption
- POP3: pop.mail.yahoo.com (port 995) with SSL/TLS encryption
- Username: your Yahoo Mail email address
- Password: your Yahoo Mail password
Keep in mind that Yahoo Mail's email archiving system is not as comprehensive as some other email providers. You may not be able to access all of your archived emails, especially if you've deleted them from your inbox or spam folder.
