To create a new Hotmail account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Hotmail sign-up page: www.hotmail.com
2. Click on the "Create account" button.
3. Fill in the required information:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Email address (choose a unique and memorable one)

   • Confirm password
   • Birthday
   • Gender
   • Country/region
4. Click on the "Next" button.
5. You'll be asked to verify your account through a confirmation email. Check your email inbox for the verification email and click on the verification link.
