Activate check spelling in google mail

To activate the spell check feature in Google Mail (Gmail), follow these steps:

Method 1: Enable Spell Check in Gmail Settings

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "General" tab.
  5. Look for the "Spell checking" option and toggle the switch to the "On" position.
  6. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Method 2: Enable Spell Check in Gmail Compose Window

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the compose button to start a new email.
  3. In the compose window, click on the three vertical dots () in the bottom right corner.
  4. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the "Settings" window, toggle the switch next to "Spell checking" to the "On" position.
  6. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Once you've enabled spell check, Gmail will automatically check your emails for spelling errors as you type. If it finds any errors, it will underline them in red and suggest corrections.
