The Acuvue Mail-in Rebate!

Here's what I found for the 2021 Acuvue Mail-in Rebate:

Eligibility:

• The rebate is available for purchases of Acuvue Oasys, Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear Plus, and Acuvue Vita contact lenses.
• The rebate is only valid for purchases made between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021.

Rebate Amount:

• $10 rebate per box of Acuvue Oasys or Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear Plus (up to 3 boxes per rebate submission).
• $5 rebate per box of Acuvue Vita (up to 6 boxes per rebate submission).

How to Submit:

1. Go to the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care website (www.acuvue.com) and click on "Rebates" at the top of the page.
2. Fill out the rebate form with your name, address, and contact information.
3. Attach a copy of your receipt showing the purchase of Acuvue contact lenses.
4. Mail the completed rebate form and receipt to the address listed on the form.

Important Dates:

• Rebate submissions must be postmarked by January 31, 2022.
• Allow 6-8 weeks for processing and mailing of rebates.

Additional Tips:

• Make sure to keep your receipt and rebate form until you receive your rebate.
• Only one rebate per household.
• The rebate is not valid for purchases made at discount stores or online marketplaces.
