  2. Select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new signature.
  5. Type in your signature in the text box. You can format the text using the tools available in the toolbar, such as bold, italic, and font size.
  6. Click "OK" to save the signature.
  7. To add the signature to your outgoing emails, select the signature you just created from the "Signature" dropdown menu at the bottom of the window.

Alternatively, you can also add a signature by going to the "Write" window and clicking on the "Signature" dropdown menu at the bottom of the window. Select the signature you want to use from the list, and it will be added to the bottom of your email.

Note: You can have multiple signatures and switch between them by selecting the desired signature from the "Signature" dropdown menu.

Also, you can add a default signature for all new emails by checking the box next to "Use default signature for new messages" at the bottom of the "Signatures" tab.

It's also worth noting that you can also add a signature to a specific account by going to the "Accounts" tab in the preferences, selecting the account and then clicking on the "Signature" tab.
