Add a signature in live mail

To add a signature in Live Mail, follow these steps:

  1. Open Live Mail and go to the "Write" tab.
  2. Click on the "Options" button in the top right corner of the window.
  3. In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Signatures" section.
  5. Click on the "New" button to create a new signature.
  6. In the "Signature" window, type in the text you want to include in your signature. You can format the text using the tools available in the window.
  7. Click "OK" to save the signature.
  8. To add the signature to your emails, go back to the "Write" tab and click on the "Signature" dropdown menu.
  9. Select the signature you just created from the list.
  10. Click "Send" to send the email with the signature.

Alternatively, you can also add a signature by using the "Insert" menu. To do this:

  1. Open Live Mail and go to the "Write" tab.
  2. Click on the "Insert" menu.
  3. Select "Signature" from the dropdown menu.
  4. In the "Signature" window, type in the text you want to include in your signature. You can format the text using the tools available in the window.
  5. Click "OK" to save the signature.
  6. The signature will be added to the bottom of the email.

Note: If you want to add an image or a logo to your signature, you can do so by clicking on the "Insert" menu and selecting "Picture" or "Logo".
