- Check the box next to "Rich formatting" to enable it.
Step 2: Add the Social Icon
- In the signature editor, click on the "Insert" button.
- Select "Image" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the URL of the social icon you want to add (e.g., https://www.facebook.com/favicon.ico for a Facebook icon).
- Click "Insert" to add the icon to your signature.
Step 3: Customize the Icon
- You can resize the icon by dragging the corners or using the "Size" dropdown menu.
- You can also add text or other elements to your signature using the various formatting options.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
- Click "Save Changes" to save your updated signature.
Here's an example of what your signature might look like with a social icon:
[Your Name] [Your Email Address] [Your Phone Number] [Your Website]
[Social Icon: Facebook]
You can add icons for other social media platforms, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, or Instagram, by using their respective favicon URLs. Just replace the URL in Step 2 with the one for the social media platform you want to add.
