Dear Jane, Bob, and Sarah,

Would it be possible to schedule a meeting for next Wednesday at 2 PM? If this time does not work for you, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

Best regards, John Smith

Email 4: Response from Sarah Lee

Subject: Re: Request for Meeting to Discuss Project Progress

From: Sarah Lee [email protected] To: John Smith [email protected] CC: [email protected], [email protected]

Dear John,

Unfortunately, I have a conflicting meeting next Wednesday at 2 PM. Would it be possible to schedule an alternative time? I am available to meet on Thursday at 10 AM or Friday at 2 PM.

Best regards, Sarah Lee

In this example, the initial email is sent to the main recipients (Jane, Bob, and Sarah) and copied to two additional recipients (CC). The responses from each recipient are also copied to the same CC recipients. This allows all parties involved to stay informed and up-to-date on the conversation.
