Add folders to btinternet mail

To add folders to your BT Internet email account, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the BT Mail website

  1. Log in to your BT Mail account on the BT website.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear icon) in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on "Folders" from the drop-down menu.
