Add gmail all mail folder outlook
To add the "All Mail" folder from Gmail to Outlook, you'll need to follow these steps:
Method 1: Using Outlook's built-in feature
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Add Account" and select "Manual setup or additional server types".
- Choose "Internet Email" and click "Next".
- Enter your Gmail account credentials and click "Next".
- In the "Server Information" section, select "More Settings" and then click on the "Advanced" tab.
- In the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to the "Other" section and check the box next to "Leave a copy of read messages on the server".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
- Go back to the "Add Account" window and click "Finish".
- Wait for Outlook to sync with your Gmail account.
- Once the sync is complete, you should see the "All Mail" folder in your Outlook inbox.
Method 2: Using a third-party add-in
- Download and install the "Gmail Outlook Add-in" from the Microsoft Store or the Google Chrome Web Store.
- Launch the add-in and follow the prompts to connect your Gmail account to Outlook.
- Once connected, the add-in will create a new folder in your Outlook inbox called "All Mail".
