Add gmail all mail folder outlook

To add the "All Mail" folder from Gmail to Outlook, you'll need to follow these steps:

Method 1: Using Outlook's built-in feature

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Add Account" and select "Manual setup or additional server types".
  3. Choose "Internet Email" and click "Next".
  4. Enter your Gmail account credentials and click "Next".
  5. In the "Server Information" section, select "More Settings" and then click on the "Advanced" tab.
  6. In the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to the "Other" section and check the box next to "Leave a copy of read messages on the server".
  7. Click "OK" to save the changes.

  10. Once the sync is complete, you should see the "All Mail" folder in your Outlook inbox.
