Add gmail mail in zoho account forwarding

To set up Gmail mail forwarding to a Zoho account, you'll need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Enable IMAP in your Gmail account

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
  4. Enable IMAP by selecting the radio button next to "Enable IMAP."
  5. Click "Save Changes."

Step 2: Set up IMAP in your Zoho account

  1. Log in to your Zoho account.

  4. Click on "IMAP" and enter the following settings:

    • Port: 993
    • Username: your Gmail address

  1. Log in to your Zoho account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings."
  3. Go to the "Mail" tab.
  4. Click on "Forwarding" and select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to."
  5. Enter the email address you want to forward your Gmail mail to (e.g., your Zoho account email address).
  6. Select the "Forward a copy" option.
  7. Click "Save Changes."

Step 4: Verify your Zoho account

  1. Log in to your Zoho account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings."
  3. Go to the "Mail" tab.
  4. Click on "Verify" next to "Forwarding."
  5. Enter the verification code sent to your Zoho account email address.
  6. Click "Verify."

After completing these steps, your Gmail mail should be forwarded to your Zoho account. Note that you may need to wait for a few minutes for the forwarding to take effect.

Also, keep in mind that you may need to configure your Zoho account to allow incoming mail from Gmail. You can do this by going to your Zoho account settings, clicking on "Mail" and then "Filters," and creating a new filter to allow incoming mail from Gmail.
