Add grammarly to apple mail

Grammarly is a popular writing tool that can help you improve the grammar, spelling, and clarity of your emails. While Grammarly doesn't have a native integration with Apple Mail, there are a few workarounds to get Grammarly's features in your Apple Mail:

Method 1: Use Grammarly's Browser Extension

  1. Install the Grammarly browser extension for Safari, Chrome, or Firefox.
  2. Open Apple Mail and compose a new email.
  3. Switch to the browser extension by clicking on the Grammarly icon in the top right corner of your browser.
  4. Grammarly will open in a new tab, and you can use its features to edit your email.
  5. Once you're satisfied with the changes, copy the edited text and paste it back into Apple Mail.

Method 2: Use Grammarly's Desktop App

  1. Download and install Grammarly's desktop app for Mac.
  2. Open the Grammarly app and sign in to your account.
  3. Compose a new email in Apple Mail.
  4. Copy the email text and paste it into the Grammarly app.
  5. Use Grammarly's features to edit the email, and then copy the edited text back into Apple Mail.

Method 3: Use a Third-Party Plugin

There are a few third-party plugins available that can integrate Grammarly with Apple Mail. One popular option is called "Grammarly for Mail" (not to be confused with the official Grammarly app). Here's how to install it:

  1. Go to the Grammarly for Mail website and download the plugin.
  2. Install the plugin by dragging the downloaded file to the Applications folder.
  3. Open the plugin and sign in to your Grammarly account.
  4. Configure the plugin to work with Apple Mail by following the on-screen instructions.
  5. Once set up, you can use Grammarly's features directly within Apple Mail.

Please note that these workarounds may have some limitations, such as requiring you to switch between apps or copy and paste text. However, they can still help you get Grammarly's features in your Apple Mail.
