To add an Office 365 shared mailbox to the iPhone Mail app, follow these steps:

Method 1: Add the shared mailbox using the Mail app

Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on "Add Mailbox" and then "Other".
Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the format [email protected].
Tap "Next" and then "Add Mailbox".
Enter your Office 365 login credentials (username and password) when prompted.
