Add office 365 shared mailbox to iphone mail app
To add an Office 365 shared mailbox to the iPhone Mail app, follow these steps:
Method 1: Add the shared mailbox using the Mail app
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on "Add Mailbox" and then "Other".
- Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the format
[email protected]
. - Tap "Next" and then "Add Mailbox".
- Enter your Office 365 login credentials (username and password) when prompted.
- Tap "Sign In" to authenticate.
Method 2: Add the shared mailbox using the Outlook app
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the "Mail" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner.
- Tap on "Accounts" and then "Add Account".
- Select "Office 365" as the account type.
- Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the format

. - Tap "Next" and then "Sign In" to authenticate.
- Once authenticated, you can add the shared mailbox to your Mail app by going back to the Mail app and following the steps in Method 1.
Additional settings
