Add pop accounts zoho mail
To add a POP account to Zoho Mail, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Zoho Mail account
Go to the Zoho Mail website and log in to your account.
Step 2: Click on the gear icon
Click on the gear icon () located at the top right corner of the page.
Step 3: Select "Settings"
From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
Step 4: Click on "Accounts"
In the Settings page, click on "Accounts" from the left-hand menu.
Step 5: Click on "Add Account"
Click on the "Add Account" button.
Step 6: Select "POP"
Select "POP" as the account type.
Step 7: Enter your POP account details
Enter the following details:
- Account Name: Enter a name for your POP account (e.g., "My POP Account").
- POP Server: Enter the POP server address provided by your email provider (e.g., "pop.gmail.com" for Gmail).
- Port: Enter the POP port number (usually 110).
- Username: Enter your POP account username (usually your email address).
- Password: Enter your POP account password.
- SSL: Select "Yes" if your POP server uses SSL encryption.
Step 8: Click "Add Account"
Click the "Add Account" button to add your POP account to Zoho Mail.
Step 9: Configure your POP account settings
You may need to configure additional settings, such as:
- Delete messages from server: Select whether you want to delete messages from the POP server after downloading them to Zoho Mail.
- Leave messages on server: Select whether you want to leave messages on the POP server after downloading them to Zoho Mail.
Step 10: Click "Save"
Click the "Save" button to save your POP account settings.
Your POP account is now added to Zoho Mail, and you can access your emails from both your POP account and Zoho Mail.
