Add sent mail to inbox gmail

A common issue!

To add sent mail to your inbox in Gmail, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "More" menu (three vertical dots) at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "Snoosbar" (or "Snooze" in some regions).
  4. Click on "Move to Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Confirm that you want to move the sent mail to your inbox.

Method 2: Using filters

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on "Create a new filter".
  6. In the "From" field, enter "me" (without quotes) to filter sent mail.
  7. Click on "Create filter".
  8. Select "Apply the label" and choose "Inbox" from the dropdown menu.
  9. Click on "Create".

Method 3: Using a third-party add-on

There are several third-party add-ons available that can help you move sent mail to your inbox. One popular option is "Sanebox". You can install it from the Google Workspace Marketplace and follow the instructions to set it up.

Note: Keep in mind that moving sent mail to your inbox may not be recommended as it can lead to clutter and make it harder to track your sent messages. It's generally a good idea to keep your sent mail in the "Sent" folder for organization and reference purposes.
