Add signature in google mail
To add a signature in Google Mail (Gmail), follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Gmail Web Interface
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll down to the "General" tab.
- Look for the "Signature" section.
- Click on the text box to enter your signature.
- Use the formatting options (e.g., bold, italic, underline) to customize your signature as needed.
- Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
Method 2: Using the Gmail Mobile App
- Open the Gmail app on your mobile device.
- Tap the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap "Settings" from the menu.
- Scroll down to the "General" section.
- Tap "Signature".
- Enter your signature in the text box.

Tips:
- You can use plain text, HTML, or a combination of both in your signature.
- You can also add images, links, and other formatting elements to your signature.
- If you want to use a signature for all your emails, make sure to select "Use default signature" in the "General" tab.
