Add signature in mail app

To add a signature in the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:

For iOS 13 and later:

  1. Open the Mail app and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
  2. Tap on "Signature" from the menu.
  3. Tap on "Add Signature" and enter your signature text in the text field.
  4. You can format your signature using the formatting options (bold, italic, etc.) and add a photo or image if you want.
  5. Tap "Done" to save your signature.

For iOS 12 and earlier:

  1. Open the Mail app and go to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) in the top right corner.
  2. Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" from the menu.
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Signature".
  4. Tap on "Edit" and enter your signature text in the text field.
  5. You can format your signature using the formatting options (bold, italic, etc.) and add a photo or image if you want.
  6. Tap "Done" to save your signature.

To add a signature to a specific email account:

If you have multiple email accounts set up on your device, you can add a signature to a specific account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the "Settings" app and tap on "Mail".
  2. Tap on the account you want to add a signature to.
  3. Tap on "Signature" and follow the same steps as above.

Your signature will now be added to all new emails you compose using the Mail app.
