Add watermark to postbox email

To add a watermark to an email sent from a Postbox email client, you can use the following steps:

Method 1: Using Postbox's built-in Watermark feature

  1. Open Postbox and go to Preferences (or Postbox > Preferences on a Mac).
  2. Click on Composition.
  3. Scroll down to the Watermark section.
  4. Check the box next to Enable Watermark.
  5. Choose the watermark image file (e.g., a PNG or JPEG file) from your computer.
  6. Adjust the Watermark Opacity and Watermark Size settings to your liking.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.

From now on, every email you compose in Postbox will have the watermark applied.

  1. Search for and install a watermark add-on from the Postbox Add-ons repository. One popular option is Watermark by Postbox.
