Add watermark to postbox email
To add a watermark to an email sent from a Postbox email client, you can use the following steps:
Method 1: Using Postbox's built-in Watermark feature
- Open Postbox and go to Preferences (or Postbox > Preferences on a Mac).
- Click on Composition.
- Scroll down to the Watermark section.
- Check the box next to Enable Watermark.
- Choose the watermark image file (e.g., a PNG or JPEG file) from your computer.
- Adjust the Watermark Opacity and Watermark Size settings to your liking.
- Click OK to save your changes.
From now on, every email you compose in Postbox will have the watermark applied.
Method 2: Using a third-party add-on
- Search for and install a watermark add-on from the Postbox Add-ons repository. One popular option is Watermark by Postbox.
- Once installed, go to Preferences (or Postbox > Preferences on a Mac).
- Click on Add-ons.
- Find the Watermark add-on and click on the Configure button next to it.
- Follow the add-on's instructions to set up your watermark image and settings.
- Click OK to save your changes.
The watermark add-on will apply the watermark to your emails when you compose them.
Tips:
- Make sure to choose a watermark image that is not too large or distracting, as it may affect the readability of your email content.
- You can also use a transparent PNG image as a watermark to add a subtle text or logo to your emails.
- If you're using a third-party add-on, ensure that it is compatible with your version of Postbox.
