Add zoho mail to gmail app

To add Zoho Mail to the Gmail app, you'll need to follow these steps:

Method 1: Using IMAP

  1. Enable IMAP in your Zoho Mail account:
    • Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
    • Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner.
    • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
    • Scroll down to the "Accounts" section.
    • Click on "IMAP" and toggle the switch to "On".
  2. Set up your Zoho Mail account in the Gmail app:
    • Open the Gmail app on your device.
    • Tap the three horizontal lines () in the top left corner to open the menu.
    • Tap "Settings" (or "Manage accounts" on some devices).
    • Tap "Add account" and select "Other" (or "Other (POP3/IMAP)" on some devices).
    • Enter your Zoho Mail email address and password.
    • Select "IMAP" as the account type.
    • Enter the following IMAP settings:
      • Server: imap.zoho.com
      • Port: 993
      • Username: your Zoho Mail email address
      • Password: your Zoho Mail password
    • Tap "Next" and then "Add account".

Method 2: Using POP3

  1. Enable POP3 in your Zoho Mail account:
    • Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
    • Click on the gear icon () in the top right corner.
    • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

    • Click on "POP3" and toggle the switch to "On".
  2. Set up your Zoho Mail account in the Gmail app:

Note: If you're using Method 2 (POP3), you may need to configure your Zoho Mail account to allow POP3 access. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.

  4. Scroll down to the "Accounts" section.
  5. Click on "POP3" and toggle the switch to "On".
  6. Select the "Allow POP3 access" option.
