Adding g suite email to mail app apple

To add a G Suite email account to the Mail app on Apple devices, follow these steps:

For iPhone/iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap on "Accounts" (or "iCloud" on older devices).
  3. Tap on "Add Account".
  4. Select "Other" (or "Other Mail Account" on older devices).
  5. Enter your G Suite email address and password.
  6. Tap "Next" and then "Save".
  7. You will be prompted to enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings. Use the following settings:
    • Incoming Mail Server: imap.gmail.com
    • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.gmail.com
    • Username: Your G Suite email address
    • Password: Your G Suite password
  8. Tap "Next" and then "Save".
