Additional folders on mail server sync in outlook

When you have additional folders on a mail server that you want to sync in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Outlook Folder Pane

  1. Open Outlook and navigate to the folder you want to sync.
  2. Right-click on the folder and select "Properties" (or press Ctrl+Shift+F).
