In macOS High Sierra (10.13.6), the default email client is Mail. Here's how to access and use it:
Launching Mail
- Click on the Apple menu in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select "Mail" from the dropdown menu.
Composing a New Email
- Click on the "Mail" menu in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select "New Message" or press
