The Story Behind the Airmail Cocktail:
The Airmail cocktail was created by bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana (also known as Mr. Lyan) in 2013. The drink was inspired by the idea of sending a message or a package through the air, hence the name "Airmail." The combination of citrus juices, honey syrup, and gin creates a light and airy flavor profile that's perfect for sipping on a warm day.
