Airtel postpaid plan change mail id
Here are the steps to change your Airtel Postpaid plan via email:
Step 1: Log in to Airtel Website
- Go to the Airtel website (www.airtel.in) and click on "My Airtel" at the top right corner.
- Enter your mobile number and password to log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Plan Change Page
- Once logged in, click on "My Plans" from the dropdown menu.
- Click on "Change Plan" from the sub-menu.
Step 3: Select New Plan
- Choose the new plan you want to switch to from the available options.
- Review the plan details, including the benefits, data limits, and pricing.
Step 4: Confirm Plan Change
- Click on "Confirm Plan Change" to confirm the change.
- You will receive a confirmation message on your registered email ID.
Step 5: Update Your Email ID (Optional)
- If you want to update your email ID, you can do so by clicking on "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your new email ID and confirm it.
Email ID Update Process
- Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your Airtel Postpaid mobile number
- Your current email ID
- Your new email ID
- Your request to update your email ID
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the plan change to take effect. You can check your plan details by logging in to your Airtel account or by sending an SMS "MYPLAN" to 54321.
