All mail folder in gmail

Here are the default folders in Gmail:

  1. Inbox: This is where new emails arrive.
  2. Sent: This folder contains emails you've sent to others.
  3. Drafts: This folder contains emails you've started composing but haven't sent yet.
  4. Spam: This folder contains emails that Gmail's filters have identified as spam.
  5. Trash: This folder contains emails you've deleted.
  6. All Mail: This folder contains all emails in your Gmail account, including those in your Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, and Trash folders.
  7. Starred: This folder contains emails you've marked with a star.
  8. Important: This folder contains emails that Gmail's filters have identified as important.
  9. Unread: This folder contains emails you haven't read yet.
  10. Snoozed: This folder contains emails you've snoozed, which means you've temporarily moved them out of your Inbox to focus on other emails.

You can also create custom folders in Gmail to organize your emails further. To create a custom folder, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Select "See all settings" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  6. Enter a name for your custom folder and specify the criteria for which emails you want to move to that folder.
  7. Click on the "Create" button to create the folder.

You can also use Gmail's built-in labels feature to categorize your emails. Labels are similar to folders, but they don't create a separate folder in your inbox. Instead, they add a label to the email, which you can use to search for and filter your emails.
