All mails are outbox in outlook

- Check for synchronization issues: Ensure that your Outlook account is properly synchronized with your email server. Go to File > Account Settings > Account > Change > More Settings > Advanced. Check that the "Use the following URL to connect to my mailbox" field is correct and that the "Use SSL to connect" option is selected.
- Check for add-ins or plugins: Sometimes, add-ins or plugins can cause issues with Outlook. Try disabling all add-ins and plugins to see if the issue resolves. To do this, go to File > Options > Add-ins, and then disable all add-ins.
