Method 1: Using the "Sort" feature

  1. Open your Outlook email and select the email message or conversation you want to sort.

  3. Click on the "Sort" button in the "Arrange" group.
  4. Select "Name" from the drop-down menu.
  5. Choose "Ascending" or "Descending" to sort the names in alphabetical order.

  2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
  3. Click on the "View Settings" button in the "Current View" group.
