Aol mail smtp settings
The nostalgia!
AOL Mail (also known as America Online Mail) is a free web-based email service provided by AOL (America Online). To set up your AOL Mail account on an email client or mobile device, you'll need to use the following SMTP settings:
SMTP Settings:
- SMTP Server: smtp.aol.com
- Port: 587
- Encryption: TLS (Transport Layer Security)
- Username: Your AOL Mail username (e.g., [email protected])
- Password: Your AOL Mail password
Additional Settings:
- POP3 Server: pop.aol.com (if you want to retrieve your emails using POP3)
- Port: 110
- Encryption: None (POP3 does not support encryption)
Notes:
- Make sure to enable TLS encryption when setting up your AOL Mail account on your email client or mobile device.
- If you're using a third-party email client, you may need to configure the account settings manually.
- AOL Mail has a limit on the number of emails you can send per day, so be mindful of that if you're using your account for bulk emailing.
- If you're experiencing issues with sending or receiving emails, try restarting your email client or mobile device, or contact AOL's customer support for assistance.
