Aol mail unlimited storage

A blast from the past!

AOL (America Online) was a popular internet service provider in the 1990s and early 2000s. At its peak, AOL offered a range of services, including email, chat rooms, and online content.

Regarding AOL Mail, it's true that AOL used to offer unlimited storage for its email accounts. However, this was a feature that was available during the early days of AOL Mail, which was launched in 1993.

In 2015, AOL announced that it would be discontinuing its unlimited storage policy for new users. Existing users were grandfathered in, but new accounts would have a 1 GB storage limit.

In 2017, AOL was acquired by Verizon, and the company began to phase out its unlimited storage policy for all users. Today, AOL Mail accounts have a 1 GB storage limit, and users can upgrade to a paid plan for additional storage.

Here are the current storage limits for AOL Mail accounts:

It's worth noting that AOL Mail is no longer a popular email service, and many users have migrated to other email providers, such as Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo Mail, which offer more storage and features.
