Apple icloud mail settings

Here are the steps to set up Apple iCloud Mail settings:

Step 1: Enable iCloud Mail

  1. Go to the Apple ID account page and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  2. Click on "iCloud" and then click on "Mail" to enable iCloud Mail.
  3. If you don't have an Apple ID, create one by clicking on "Create an Apple ID" and following the prompts.

Step 2: Set up iCloud Mail on Your Device

  1. On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
  2. Toggle the switch next to "Mail" to the "On" position.
  3. If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to sign in.

Step 3: Configure iCloud Mail Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > iCloud.
  2. Tap on "Account" and select "iCloud".
  3. Tap on "Description" and enter your name and email address.
  4. Tap on "Incoming Mail Server" and enter the following settings:
    • Host Name: imap.mail.me.com
    • User Name: your Apple ID email address
    • Password: your Apple ID password
  5. Tap on "Outgoing Mail Server" and enter the following settings:
    • Host Name: smtp.mail.me.com
    • User Name: your Apple ID email address
    • Password: your Apple ID password
  6. Tap "Save" to save your changes.

Step 4: Set up iCloud Mail on Your Computer

  1. On your Mac, go to System Preferences > Internet Accounts.
  2. Click on "iCloud" and sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. Click on "Mail" and select "iCloud" as your email account.
  4. Enter your Apple ID email address and password.
  5. Click "Sign In" to complete the setup.
