To change your Apple ID email address, follow these steps:

Method 1: Change Apple ID email address on your device

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap on [your name] at the top of the screen.
3. Tap on "Sign in with Apple ID".
4. Tap on "Edit" next to "Apple ID".
5. Tap on "Change Apple ID".
6. Enter your current Apple ID password.
7. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
8. Tap on "Change Apple ID" to save the changes.

Method 2: Change Apple ID email address on the Apple website

1. Go to the Apple ID website (www.apple.com/account).
2. Sign in with your current Apple ID and password.
3. Click on "Edit" next to "Account Information".
4. Click on "Change Apple ID".
5. Enter your current Apple ID password.
6. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
7. Click on "Change Apple ID" to save the changes.

Important notes:

• You can only change your Apple ID email address if you have access to the email address associated with your current Apple ID.
• Changing your Apple ID email address will not affect your existing Apple ID account or any associated devices.
• If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA), you may need to re-enable it after changing your Apple ID email address.
• If you're using an Apple device, you may need to sign out and sign back in to your Apple ID account after changing your email address.
