Apple iphone mail block sender
To block a sender in the Mail app on your iPhone, follow these steps:
Method 1: Block a sender from a specific email
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Go to the email from the sender you want to block.
- Swipe left on the email to reveal the "More" option.
- Tap "More" and then select "Block this sender".
- Confirm that you want to block the sender by tapping "Block" in the pop-up dialog.
Method 2: Block a sender from the Mail settings
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
- Tap on "Blocked Senders".
- Tap on "Add New" and enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
- Tap "Done" to save the changes.
Method 3: Block a sender from a specific email account
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
- Go to the email account where you want to block the sender.
- Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the email account you want to block the sender from.
- Tap on "Edit" in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap on "Blocked" next to the sender's email address.
- Confirm that you want to block the sender by tapping "Block" in the pop-up dialog.
Once you've blocked a sender, any future emails from that sender will be automatically moved to the "Junk" folder. You can also unblock a sender at any time by going to the Blocked Senders list and tapping "Edit" next to the sender's email address, then tapping "Unblock".
