Apple mail absender blockieren

You're trying to block an email sender in Apple Mail!

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Open Apple Mail and go to the "Mail" menu.
  2. Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the "Rules" tab.
  4. Click on the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new rule.
  5. In the "If" section, select "Sender" from the dropdown menu and enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
  6. In the "Then" section, select "Move Message" and choose the "Trash" or "Junk" folder as the destination.
  7. Click "OK" to save the rule.

Alternatively, you can also block an email sender by dragging the sender's email to the "Junk" folder and then selecting "Move to Junk" from the context menu. This will create a rule that moves all future emails from that sender to the "Junk" folder.

Note: If you're using macOS High Sierra or later, you can also use the "Block" feature in the "Mail" menu. To do this:

  1. Open Apple Mail and go to the "Mail" menu.
  2. Select "Block" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
  4. Click "Block" to save the block.

By blocking an email sender, you can help reduce the amount of spam and unwanted emails you receive in your inbox.
