Apple mail add multiple accounts

To add multiple accounts in Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:

On a Mac:

1. Open Apple Mail.
2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + comma).
3. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
5. Select "Add Mail Account" from the dropdown menu.
6. Enter your account information, such as your name, email address, and password.
7. Click "Continue" to add the account.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each additional account you want to add.

On an iOS device:

1. Open the Mail app.
2. Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap on the "Add Account" button.
4. Select "Other" from the list of account types.
5. Enter your account information, such as your name, email address, and password.
6. Tap "Next" to add the account.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each additional account you want to add.

Managing Multiple Accounts:

Once you've added multiple accounts, you can switch between them by:

• On a Mac: Click on the account name in the top menu bar and select the account you want to use.
• On an iOS device: Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab and swipe left or right to switch between accounts.

You can also set a default account by:

• On a Mac: Click on the account name in the top menu bar and select "Make Default Account".
• On an iOS device: Tap on the "Mailboxes" tab, then tap on the "i" icon next to the account you want to set as default.

Note: If you're using iCloud, you can also add multiple email accounts to your iCloud account and access them from the Mail app on your Mac or iOS device.
