Apple mail app attachment
The Apple Mail app!
In the Apple Mail app, you can attach files to an email message by following these steps:
- Open the Apple Mail app and compose a new email message or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Attach" button, which looks like a paperclip, located in the bottom left corner of the compose window.
- Select the file you want to attach from your computer or device. You can choose from the following options:
- "Choose File" to select a file from your computer or device.
- "Take Photo or Video" to capture a new photo or video using your device's camera.
- "Scan Documents" to scan a document using your device's camera.
- Select the file you want to attach and click "Open" to attach it to the email message.
- The attached file will be displayed in the email message as a paperclip icon. You can add multiple attachments by repeating the process.
Tips:
- You can attach files up to 5 GB in size, depending on your email account's storage limits.
- Apple Mail supports a wide range of file formats, including documents, images, videos, audio files, and more.
- You can also attach files from cloud storage services like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox by selecting the "Choose File" option and then selecting the file from your cloud storage account.
- If you're attaching a large file, you may want to consider using a cloud storage service to share the file instead of attaching it to the email message.
I hope that helps!
