Apple mail attachments bottom
You're referring to the attachments section at the bottom of an email in Apple Mail!
Here's what you can do with attachments in Apple Mail:
- View attachments: Click on an attachment to view it directly in the email. This works for most file types, including images, documents, and videos.
- Download attachments: Click the "Download" button next to an attachment to save it to your computer.
- Save attachments: Right-click (or control-click) on an attachment and select "Save As" to save it to a specific location on your computer.
- Open attachments: Double-click an attachment to open it in its default application. For example, if you attach a PDF file, it will open in Preview.
- Delete attachments: Click the "Delete" button next to an attachment to remove it from the email.
- Add attachments: To add a new attachment to an email, click the "Attach" button in the email composition window and select the file you want to attach.
Some additional tips:
- You can also use the "Attachments" button in the email composition window to add multiple attachments at once.
- If you're having trouble viewing or downloading attachments, check that the file type is supported by Apple Mail and that the attachment is not too large (Apple Mail has a file size limit).
- If you're sending large attachments, consider using a cloud storage service like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox to share the file instead of attaching it to the email.
I hope that helps!
