Apple mail bcc einstellen
To set up BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) in Apple Mail, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the BCC field in the Compose window
- Open Apple Mail and compose a new email.
- In the "To" field, enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the email to.
- Click on the "BCC" field at the bottom of the window.
- Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to blind copy.
- The BCC field will be hidden from the recipients, and they will not be able to see each other's email addresses.
Method 2: Using the "BCC" option in the Mail preferences
- Open Apple Mail and go to "Mail" > "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + comma).
- Click on the "Composing" tab.
- Check the box next to "Show BCC field in the message window".
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
- Now, when you compose a new email, you will see a "BCC" field at the bottom of the window.
Tips:
- When using BCC, make sure to enter the email addresses correctly, as they will not be verified by Apple Mail.
- If you want to send the same email to multiple recipients without revealing their email addresses to each other, use BCC.
- If you want to send a copy of the email to multiple recipients, use the "CC" field instead.
