Apple mail default reply to address

To set a default reply-to address in Apple Mail on a Mac, follow these steps:

  1. Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
  2. Click on the General tab.
  3. Scroll down to the Replying section.
  4. Click on the dropdown menu next to Reply to.
  5. Select Use my reply-to address.
  6. Enter the email address you want to use as the default reply-to address in the text field.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.

Alternatively, you can also set a default reply-to address for a specific account or mailbox:

  1. Select the account or mailbox in the Mail sidebar.
  2. Go to Mail > Preferences.
  3. Click on the Accounts tab.
  4. Select the account or mailbox from the list.
  5. Click on the Advanced tab.
  6. Scroll down to the Replying section.
  7. Click on the dropdown menu next to Reply to.
  8. Select Use my reply-to address.
  9. Enter the email address you want to use as the default reply-to address in the text field.
  10. Click OK to save your changes.

Note that if you have multiple accounts or mailboxes, you can set a different default reply-to address for each one.
