Apple mail download all messages
To download all messages in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Download All" feature
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Select the mailbox or folder that contains the messages you want to download.
- Go to Mailbox > Download All (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + D).
- A progress bar will appear while the messages are being downloaded.
- Once the download is complete, the messages will be saved to your local mailbox.
Method 2: Using the "Export" feature
- Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
- Select the mailbox or folder that contains the messages you want to download.
- Go to File > Export (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + E).
- In the "Export" window, select "Export Messages" and choose a location to save the files.
- Choose a format for the exported messages, such as "EML" or "MBOX".

- Once the export is complete, you can open the exported files in another email client or import them into another mailbox.
