Apple mail favorites

In Apple Mail, "Favorites" refers to a list of contacts or messages that you have marked as important or frequently used. Here's how to manage your Favorites in Apple Mail:

Adding a contact to Favorites:

  1. Open Apple Mail and select a contact from your Contacts list.
  2. Click on the contact's name to open their contact card.
  3. Click the "Favorites" button (represented by a star icon) at the top of the contact card.
  4. The contact will now be added to your Favorites list.

Viewing your Favorites:

  1. Open Apple Mail and click on the "Favorites" tab in the top navigation bar.
  2. This will display a list of all your Favorites, including contacts and messages.

Removing a contact from Favorites:

  1. Open Apple Mail and select a contact from your Favorites list.
  2. Click on the contact's name to open their contact card.
  3. Click the "Favorites" button (represented by a star icon) at the top of the contact card again.
  4. The contact will be removed from your Favorites list.

Using Favorites in Apple Mail:
