Method 1: Using the "Junk Mail" Filter
- Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
- Click on the Rules tab.
- Click the + button at the bottom left corner to create a new rule.
- Select "Junk Mail" as the condition.
- Choose "Move Message" as the action and select a folder where you want to move the newsletters (e.g., "Newsletters").
- Click "OK" to save the rule.
Method 2: Using a Custom Filter
- Open Apple Mail and go to Mail > Preferences.
- Click on the Rules tab.
- Click the + button at the bottom left corner to create a new rule.
- Select "Match" as the condition and choose "Subject" or "Body" as the attribute.
- Enter a keyword or phrase that is commonly used in newsletters (e.g., "newsletter", "update", "digest").
- Choose "Move Message" as the action and select a folder where you want to move the newsletters (e.g., "Newsletters").
- Click "OK" to save the rule.
Method 3: Using a Smart Mailbox
- Open Apple Mail and go to Mailbox > New Smart Mailbox.
- Name the smart mailbox (e.g., "Newsletters").
- In the "Search" field, enter a keyword or phrase that is commonly used in newsletters (e.g., "newsletter", "update", "digest").
- Click "Save" to create the smart mailbox.
Now, whenever you receive a newsletter, it will be automatically filtered and moved to the designated folder or smart mailbox.
Tips:
- You can also use the "Contains" condition in the custom filter to match newsletters that contain specific words or phrases.
- If you have multiple newsletters from the same sender, you can use the "Sender" condition to filter them.
