Apple mail find archived messages

To find archived messages in Apple Mail on a Mac:

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen and select "Preferences".
  3. In the Preferences window, click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the account you want to search from the list of accounts on the left.
  5. Click on the "Archived" tab at the top of the window.
  6. You can now search for archived messages by using the search field at the top of the window. You can search by sender, recipient, subject, or keywords.
  7. To view an archived message, simply click on it in the list.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Find" feature in Apple Mail to search for archived messages. To do this:

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the screen and select "Find".
  3. In the Find window, select the "Archived" checkbox at the top of the window.
  4. Enter your search criteria in the search field, such as the sender, recipient, subject, or keywords.
  5. Click on the "Find" button to start the search.
  6. The search results will be displayed in a new window. You can then view the archived messages by clicking on them in the list.

Note: If you're using Apple Mail on an iPhone or iPad, you can find archived messages by going to the "Mail" app, tapping on the "Mailboxes" tab, and then tapping on the "Archived" mailbox.
