Apple Mail Labels!

Apple Mail Labels are a feature in Apple's Mail app that allows you to create and manage labels for your emails. Labels are a way to categorize and organize your emails, making it easier to find and manage them. Here's how to use Apple Mail Labels:

Creating a Label

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac or iOS device.
  2. Select the email you want to label.
  3. Click or tap the "Labels" button in the toolbar.
  4. Click or tap "New Label" and enter a name for your label.
  5. Click or tap "Create" to create the label.

Assigning a Label

  1. Select the email you want to label.
  2. Click or tap the "Labels" button in the toolbar.
  3. Click or tap the label you want to assign to the email.
  4. The label will be applied to the email.

Managing Labels

  1. To view all your labels, click or tap the "Labels" button in the toolbar.
  2. You can also view labels by clicking or tapping the "Labels" tab in the sidebar.
  3. To edit a label, click or tap the "Edit" button next to the label.
  4. To delete a label, click or tap the "Delete" button next to the label.

Using Labels

  1. To view all emails with a specific label, click or tap the label in the sidebar or toolbar.
  2. You can also use labels to filter your emails by clicking or tapping the "Filter" button and selecting the label.
  3. You can also use labels to create smart mailboxes by clicking or tapping the "Smart Mailbox" button and selecting the label.
