Apple mail mark as not junk

To mark an email as "Not Junk" in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

  1. Open Apple Mail and navigate to the mailbox where the email is located.
  2. Select the email you want to mark as "Not Junk".
  3. Right-click (or control-click) on the selected email and choose "Mark as Not Junk" from the context menu.
  4. Alternatively, you can also use the keyboard shortcut "⌘ + Shift + J" (Command + Shift + J) to mark the email as "Not Junk".

By marking an email as "Not Junk", you're telling Apple's Mail app that the email is legitimate and not spam. This can help improve the accuracy of Apple's junk mail filtering and reduce the likelihood of legitimate emails being incorrectly marked as spam.

Note: If you're using macOS High Sierra or later, you can also use the "Mark as Not Junk" option from the "Message" menu. To do this, select the email, go to "Message" > "Mark as Not Junk".
