Apple mail paste without formatting

A common issue!

When you copy and paste text from Apple Mail, it often retains the original formatting, which can be frustrating if you just want to paste plain text without any formatting.

Here are a few ways to paste text without formatting in Apple Mail:

Method 1: Use the "Paste and Match Style" option

  1. Select the text you want to paste.
  2. Right-click (or Control-click) on the selected text.
  3. From the context menu, select "Paste and Match Style" (or press Command + Shift + V).
  4. This will paste the text without formatting.

Method 2: Use the "Paste Special" option
